Registration fees
The registration fees include conference documentation, as well as meals, coffee-breaks, closing conference lunch and official dinner. An inscription entitles the presentation of a maximum of 2 communications.

(*) AEIM: Spanish Association of Mechanical Engineering.
(**) Students of Degree, Master or PhD, officially enrolled in a EEES University. It does not include the Official Dinner.

In case of cancellation of the registration, the following management costs will be applied:
- Cancellation done with more than two months before the start of the congress, management fees 0 € (the 100% of the conference fee is reimbursed)
- Cancellation done two months before the start of the conference, management fees 50%
- Cancellation done one month before the start of the conference, management fees 100%
